Kiteco single-pump is a multi-pressure wheeled wash station designed for production departments where space limitations and plant constraints prevent installing multiple fixed stations and where the unit must be moved between different areas. In one unit it integrates pre-rinse, foaming, and rinsing, keeping detergent dosing controlled and repeatable. The single pump provides the required working boost, while the NO AIR injector manages foaming with certified calibration so concentration remains stable over time. On board, dedicated compartments and HACCP color coding for lances and bumpers help keep equipment separated by department, reducing improper mix-ups and cross-contamination.
