Data Controller and Person Responsible for Data Processing

Browsing this website may involve the processing of certain personal data of the User. By "processing" of personal data we mean "any operation or set of operations, carried out with or without the aid of electronic or otherwise automated means, concerning the collection, recording, organization, storage, elaboration, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, disclosure, deletion and destruction of data". The "controller" of the processing of such data is BORIN SRL, with registered office in Sanguinetto (VR) 37058, at Via Spagna 10/12. The person responsible for processing is Fausto Borin, domiciled for this purpose at the registered office of BORIN SRL as indicated above, and can be contacted at the email address info@borinsrl.

Types of Data Processed and Purposes of Processing

Browsing Data

The IT systems and software procedures used to operate BORIN SRL's websites automatically acquire certain personal data relating to the User's browsing. These are information collected solely to obtain anonymous statistical information on site usage and to check correct functioning, and are used only within the company; however, due to their nature, such information could nonetheless allow identification of the User, even through processing and association with data held by third parties. This category of data includes:

• the IP addresses of the computers used by Users who access the service;
• the number of accesses;
• the pages viewed;
• the date and time of access;
• the URL of the page visited before accessing our site;
• the web browser used;
• the operating system used.

Such data will in no case be used to carry out so-called "profiling" of the User;

Data Voluntarily Provided by the User

Data provided by the User when filling in the form necessary to access BORIN SRL's services will be acquired, together with the User's email address. These data will be processed for the purpose of establishing the contractual relationship referred to in this agreement, to fulfill and/or enforce the obligations arising therefrom and to comply with related legal obligations. They may also be processed for advertising and/or promotional purposes, including for products different from those offered on the BORIN SRL website.

Cookies

Cookies are small text files installed by a website on the User's browser that record certain information about their browsing activity; if cookies are not disabled, these data are sent to the site that installed them each time the User returns to visit it.

Methods of Processing and Scope of Data Disclosure

The personal data held by BORIN SRL for the purposes described above are processed fairly, lawfully and transparently, using automated tools. The server where such data are stored is equipped with specific security measures intended to prevent unauthorized access, data loss, illicit or incorrect use. The personal data referred to above will not be disclosed and may be made known or communicated in Italy and/or abroad, for the purposes indicated and within the limits permitted by law, to the following categories of recipients: public authorities or administrations, insofar as they are competent, in execution of legal obligations; auditing firms and/or statutory auditors; credit institutions; entities providing auxiliary services to BORIN SRL; professionals and consultants in legal, administrative, accounting, commercial, tax, IT, and quality fields; other public or private entities to whom communication is strictly necessary for the purposes mentioned above.

Voluntary Provision of Data

Except for the browsing data mentioned above, personal data that must be provided by Users are marked with an asterisk next to the form fields. Failure to provide personal data will not result in any detrimental consequence for the User, except that failure to provide mandatory data will make it impossible to provide the requested services.

Informed Consent

Except for the browsing data referred to above, all forms on this site in which personal data are requested include a disclaimer referring to this document. Submission of the form is subject to having read and accepted this document. BORIN SRL intends to ensure that Users give their consent to the processing of their personal data only after having become aware of all the rights guaranteed to them by law and of the policy followed by the company in its data processing activities.

Rights of Data Subjects

Pursuant to art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003, the data subject has the right to obtain information on:

• the origin of the personal data;
• the purposes and methods of processing;
• the logic applied in case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic tools;
• the identification details of the controller, the processors and the representative appointed pursuant to Article 5, paragraph 2;
• the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of them in their capacity as representative appointed in the territory of the State, processors or persons in charge.

The data subject also has the right to obtain:

• the updating, correction or, where of interest, integration of the data;
• the deletion, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary in relation to the purposes for which they were collected or subsequently processed;
• certification that the operations referred to in the previous points 1 and 2 have been brought to the attention, also regarding their content, of those to whom the data were communicated or disclosed, except where such fulfillment proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared to the protected right.

The data subject finally has the right to object, in whole or in part:

• for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning him or her, even if relevant to the purpose of collection;
• to the processing of personal data concerning him or her for the purpose of sending advertising material or direct sales or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.

The aforementioned rights may be exercised at any time by sending a simple request by registered letter, fax or email to the person responsible for processing. The person responsible will contact the requester as soon as possible.
