Profiling Cookies:

Profiling cookies are aimed at creating profiles related to the user and are used in order to send advertising messages in line with the preferences expressed by the user while browsing the web. Due to the particular invasiveness these devices may have on the private sphere of users, European and Italian legislation requires that the user be properly informed about their use and thus give valid consent.

Article 122 of the Privacy Code applies to them where it provides that “the storage of information in the terminal equipment of a contracting party or user or the access to information already stored is permitted only if the contracting party or user has expressed his or her consent after being informed with the simplified methods referred to in Article 13 of the Privacy Code, paragraph 3”.

Our site does not use profiling cookies; however, third-party services used for sharing features or specific plug-ins may use them. In this regard we invite you to read the paragraph on third-party cookies and inform yourself about their related usage policies.
