Vinitaly, 56th edition

From April 14 to 17, Borin® will take part in Vinitaly in Verona, the 56th edition, which will feature several thematic areas dedicated to current trends and wine lovers, including:

• Vinitaly Bio: the exhibition dedicated to certified organic wine produced in Italy and abroad, now in its 9th edition. In 2023, it brought together 118 certified organic producers from all Italian regions, surpassing pre-pandemic records.
• Vinitaly Mixology: the exhibition dedicated to the art of cocktail creation through the blending of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, complementing wine and spirits. Over the four days, it offers professionals a dedicated space for masterclasses with leading bartenders, talks on product history and high-level workshops focused on developing new cocktails.
• Micro Mega Wines: the exhibition dedicated to some of Italy’s finest wineries, characterised by limited production volumes and wines originating from unique grape varieties and terroirs.
• International Wine Hall: the exhibition dedicated to international producers, featuring a dedicated tasting area with guided tastings organised by participating companies and national institutions.
• Vinitaly Tasting: an event organised in collaboration with DoctorWine by Daniele Cernilli, showcasing Italian excellence to professionals from the HO.RE.CA channel, both Italian and international.

Within Vinitaly Tasting, a free-access tasting area has also been set up in collaboration with Wineemotion, where visitors can experience wine dispensers.

• SOL: the international exhibition dedicated to extra virgin olive oil, promoting EVO oil and table olives.

An additional area is entirely dedicated to production processes.

The exhibition area dedicated to high-tech and digital solutions ranging from the vineyard to the winery, from the field to the olive mill, and extending to brewing as well.
