From May 8 to 11, Borin® will take part in TUTTOFOOD in Milan, the most influential trade fair in Italy for the food and beverage sector, with an average of 150,000 visitors each year and over 2,700 exhibiting companies.

A fully B2B event, it covers the entire agri-food ecosystem with a strong focus on sustainability, making it an ideal place to identify future trends and explore current topics through the many events organised within it.

Among the most interesting highlights are:

• the INNOVATION AREA, as the name suggests, a space dedicated to product innovation where exhibitors can present new products or improved versions
• the EVOLUTION PLAZA, also focused on innovation, but more on the digital side, such as e-commerce, food delivery, apps and blockchain
• the RETAIL PLAZA, centred on raising awareness of future trends, changes and best practices presented directly by key players in the retail sector and large-scale retail
• the SHOWCOOKING area, a meeting point for leading professional chefs who showcase new techniques and insights through their cuisine, an ideal space to share experience and gain new inspiration
• the ROAD TO COP26, likely the most compelling initiative, led by COP26, focused on the new frontiers of the circular economy in the food and beverage sector and packaging
