Bencarni is a well-established company founded in 1989 through the merger of three businesses operating in the beef sector. Today, more than 30 years later, it specialises in processing and packaging for leading large-scale retail chains, industries and wholesalers, supported by a workforce of over 300 employees and three production sites covering a total area of approximately 42,000 sqm.
Their main requirement was to optimise the washdown, sanitisation and disinfection cycles across their production departments, fully met through the installation of the Multiflow system. The range of washing accessories, working in synergy with the system, has also simplified and automated all those manual operations that would otherwise be time-consuming for operators, while reducing water and chemical consumption.
