Caseificio Cavola 993 has been producing Parmigiano Reggiano since 1929 in a small village in the mountains of Reggio Emilia, surrounded by unspoilt forage meadows. Thanks to these, cultivated using only manure derived from farm livestock and without the use of pesticides, the dairy produces a healthy cheese of the highest quality.
