Marco De Agostini, CEO of Mancin Nadia, explains why he chose Borin over all other options, adopting the “Work Peacefully” method.

Founded in 1983 in the heart of the Po Delta, Mancin Nadia is a long-established company specialising in the processing and preservation of seafood and fish-based gastronomy products. Over more than 40 years of activity, the De Agostini family has transformed traditional marinating into a modern, quality-driven production process, serving large-scale retail, food service and professional channels with a team of around 100 employees and a new 6,000 sqm production facility built after a fire that affected the plant in 2023.

Mancin Nadia’s main requirement was to find an efficient method for the sanitisation and hygiene of both production departments and staff, in a context where hygiene, traceability and food safety are central to the process. These needs were met through the installation of the Multiflow system and the range of washing accessories, which, working in perfect synergy with the system, have simplified many operations, reducing processing times and optimising water and chemical consumption, together with the installation of sanitising pathways dedicated to staff, thus ensuring complete 360-degree hygiene.
