Stainless steel AP foam injector with No Air switch
Two-product injector in AISI 316L stainless steel for high-pressure systems, designed to keep the washdown point compact and well organised.
The switching valve allows one of two chemical products to be selected, while washing mode dispenses water only.
In foam mode, the selected product is mixed into the flow without using compressed air.
| Feature | Value |

Allows selection between washing mode and foam mode;
Dispenses water only in washing mode, with no chemical product intake;
Allows alternate selection of two chemical products through the switching valve;
Mixes water and the selected product in foam mode, without using compressed air;
Integrates into high-pressure systems;
Supports controlled dosing through calibrated internal passages;
Helps the operator manage different products through a clear, organised sequence;
Helps reduce the risk of waste caused by uncontrolled adjustments;
Supports installation under the drop line thanks to its compact structure;
Helps keep the washdown station clean, organised and professional.
The injector is developed to bring cleaner, more controlled management to high-pressure washdown points where two separate chemical products are required. The switching valve selects one product at a time, preventing overlap and helping the operator follow the procedure required by the department.
In washing mode, the unit dispenses water only, with no chemical product intake. In foam mode, it mixes water and the selected product into the flow without compressed air, allowing the operator to adapt the operation to the surface and the required working phase.
The AISI 316L stainless steel body supports use with compatible alkaline detergents, acids, chlorine-activated products, peroxides and sanitisers. This helps protect the internal passages and maintain stable operation over time. Chemical compatibility must always be checked according to the product used and the plant procedure.
The percentage of product drawn in can be adjusted by screw by authorised specialist technical personnel. Once the setting has been completed, the setting lock helps preserve the selected dosing level, reducing uncontrolled changes and supporting more repeatable application.
Its compact structure allows installation under the drop line, without taking up unnecessary space or adding bulk to the washdown line. This keeps the injector close to the point of use and helps maintain a tidy station that integrates easily into the existing layout.
The configuration includes male/female multi-pressure quick couplings for lines from 40 to 100 bar.
