The station is designed for departments where cleaning phases need to be easy to select, repeatable and well organised. The front knob allows the operator to switch between product 1, rinsing and product 2, helping them follow a clear sequence without changing equipment during the operation.
The Venturi system uses water pressure to draw the chemical product into the flow and mix it with water. This configuration allows operation without a dedicated electrical supply and manages two separate products: one for cleaning, including wet foam application through the dedicated insert, and one for sanitisation according to the required procedure.
The calibration nozzles allow the dilution ratio to be set according to the product used and the operating conditions. Values may vary depending on pressure, flow rate, product viscosity and water temperature; for this reason, the adjustment must be checked under real operating conditions.
The station operates at low pressure, with steady dispensing compatible with the use of hot water up to 60 °C. The jet supports the treatment of vertical surfaces and harder-to-reach points, improving area coverage during cleaning operations.
The hose holder helps keep the station organised and ready for use after each operation. It can be installed as part of the unit or mounted separately, depending on installation requirements.
