Centralized multi-pressure, multi-flow-rate industrial washdown system on a single distribution main for up to 2 operators;

AISI 304L satin-finish stainless steel structure with stainless steel electrical panel and 4.3" touchscreen for operational control, with password-protected parameters and real-time adjustment, including remotely.
Hot and cold water mixing is automatic and governed by two solenoid valves, managed through the interface; the AISI 304L water tank integrates a temperature sensor and minimum and maximum level floats to monitor the water and prevent pump cavitation.
The system is designed for centralised piping and allows washing for up to 2 operators simultaneously, automatically adjusting the water flow rate to guarantee the set pressure value at each wash point.
The system integrates two piston pumps and manages the automation with staggered motor activation to prevent peak power demand, optimising even wear and automatically stopping the excess pump.
The controller software supports component monitoring and temperature adjustment; a water hardness between 10 and 15 °f is recommended for the water supply.
Water and chemical savings depend on customised accessories according to the customer’s requirements, sold separately from the system.
