Centralized multi-pressure, multi-flow-rate industrial washdown system on a single distribution main for up to 4 operators;

AISI 304L satin-finish stainless steel structure with stainless steel electrical panel and inverter, which modulates motor speed with gradual starts to maintain constant pressure and optimise consumption compared with on-off systems.
Control is via a colour touchscreen, with password-protected parameters, for real-time management of pressure, flow rate and temperature; via network connection, it is possible to monitor electrical and water consumption, diagnose any errors and generate daily, monthly and annual reports.
Hot and cold water mixing is automatic and governed by two solenoid valves, managed through the interface; the AISI 304L water tank integrates a temperature sensor and minimum and maximum level floats to monitor the water and prevent pump cavitation.
The system is designed for centralised piping and, with multiple active operators, self-manages by adjusting the water flow rate to guarantee the set pressure value at each wash point; a water hardness between 10 and 15 °f is recommended for the water supply.
Water and chemical savings depend on customised accessories according to the customer’s requirements, sold separately from the system.
