Centralized high-pressure industrial washdown system with a single pump for one operator on a single distribution main;
Stable delivery with adjustable pressure and constant flow rate;
Quick start and stop control via the main selector switch;
Immediate indication of operating conditions and faults via a multicolour LED indicator;
Monitoring of operating parameters via PLC and support for scheduled maintenance via a digital hour meter.
AISI 304L satin-finish stainless steel structure with stainless steel electrical panel complete with control and protection devices, main selector switch for start and stop, and dedicated indicators for power supply and status.
The multicolour LED indicator signals operating conditions and faults, including water shortage, high temperature, upcoming or mandatory oil change, leak detection and motor fault, supporting immediate diagnosis.
Parameter control is managed by the PLC integrated in the electrical panel, while the digital hour meter supports service planning; in the event of high temperature, the system automatically stops the pump to protect the components.
The pump and motor are housed inside a stainless steel protective cover, secured with locks to ensure safety and allow easy access to the components during maintenance.
Connections include a 3/4" water inlet and a 3/8" high-pressure water outlet for distribution to the connected users; a water hardness between 10 and 15 °f is recommended for the water supply.
