Centralized low-pressure multi-pressure industrial washdown system on a single distribution main for 6 operators;

AISI 304L satin-finish stainless steel structure with stainless steel multistage impeller pumps controlled by inverters, designed to maintain delivery stability and optimise consumption.
A multistage booster pump supplies the primary pumps at constant pressure by drawing water from the rear storage and mixing tank, which also supports hot and cold water management.
The system is connected to a distribution main from which drop lines branch off for pre-rinsing, foam application, washing and sanitising, with simultaneous use by up to 6 operators; it is also available in a battery of multiple modules connected to the same distribution main to increase the number of simultaneous operators.
The on-board software provides real-time visualisation with a tree diagram, component feedback and precise error indication, facilitating maintenance and communication with service support; flow-rate and temperature adjustments can be managed from the machine.
A water hardness between 10 and 15 °f is recommended for the water supply.
