The injector is designed for departments where cleaning operations need to remain organised, repeatable and easy for the operator to manage. From a single station, it allows switching from foaming to spray application and rinsing, reducing the need to change equipment during the operation.
The two-product configuration separates the line dedicated to foaming from the line used for spray application. This helps keep the operating sequence clearer and allows different products to be managed according to the procedure required by the department.
The system operates connected to the water mains and compressed air. In foam mode, the dedicated lance generates rich, dense foam, helping improve coverage on vertical surfaces and harder-to-reach points. The spray/rinse nozzle allows the application and rinsing phases to be managed using the same handle.
The calibration nozzles allow dilution to be set according to the product used and the actual operating conditions. Values must be checked according to pressure, flow rate, product viscosity and water temperature.
The PVC cover protects the dosing station and keeps the system compact. The foaming lance, quick coupling and stainless steel connection kit support daily use in environments subject to frequent washing. The PVC hose holder helps keep the area organised after each operation.
The system can operate with water up to 50 °C. On request, it can be supplied in mobile configuration to facilitate movement between different operating areas.
