The injector is developed to bring cleaner, more controlled management to low- and medium-pressure washdown points. Designed and manufactured by Borin Line, it houses the water, chemical product and compressed-air passages inside an AISI 316L stainless steel body, creating a compact configuration that supports continuity of use, clean installation and consistent dispensing quality.

In washing mode, the unit dispenses water only, with no chemical product intake. In foam mode, it mixes water and product into the flow; compressed air helps form a more structured foam, supporting an even, controlled application across the surfaces being treated.

Its compact structure allows installation under the drop line, without taking up unnecessary space or adding bulk to the washdown line. This keeps the injector close to the point of use and helps maintain a tidy station that integrates easily into the existing layout.

The calibrated internal passages and verified setting support stable product dispensing in foam mode. The adjustment is designed to remain stable over time and should only be modified by authorised technical personnel, helping preserve efficiency, foam quality and dosing control.

The AISI 316L stainless steel body, EPDM suction hose circuit and anti-contamination filter at the bottom of the jerry can help protect chemical product management during use.

The injector is recommended for systems up to 40 bar.
