Certified Dosing System for Wave Carpets

• In-line dosing of concentrated chemical product as a percentage into the water supply network;

• Suction and mixing of the concentrate with the driving water inside the mixing chamber;

• Dosing proportional to the volume of water flowing through, within factory-set limits;

• Setting of the percentage via a graduated ring with pressure-free adjustment.

The system is installed along the water supply line and uses the water flow as its only driving force. As water passes through the unit, it draws in the concentrated product, doses it according to the set percentage, and homogenises it in the mixing chamber with the motive water; the injected dose remains proportional to the volume of water flowing through the system even when flow rate or pressure varies, within the factory-set limits. The adjustment is made with the system depressurised, by aligning the upper edge of the adjustment ring with the desired percentage on the graduated scale; the quantity of injected product remains directly proportional to the quantity of incoming water. The kit is protected by a lockable cover, and the components are made of AISI 304L stainless steel; the only exceptions are the flexible hoses and the dosing system inside the cover, which is nevertheless connected with stainless steel fittings. Operating parameters include a water flow rate from 0.16 to 41 L/min, a maximum pressure of 6 bar, and adjustable dosing from 0.5 to 4%.
