The structure is entirely made of AISI 304L stainless steel to prevent corrosion caused by the water used during operation and to support the frequent washdown typical of food production departments.
During the foam application phase, detergent is delivered from the upper nozzles and fully foams the conveyor belt, while during the washing phase, a powerful high-pressure water jet is delivered from the rotary jet and removes residues.
The frame is height-adjustable to adapt to different line configurations, and the top cover protects the internal mechanisms from splashes; it can be opened to facilitate inspection and maintenance.
